I had an amazing experience today with a lovely lady named Doreen. She was so smart and funny and taught me things I should have been advised of long ago. She was sweet to my daughter as well. This bank is always very good and never have a problem with any tellers but one , the young guy with the glasses that started a couple of years ago I try and avoid but sometimes I end up with him and can I guarantee you half the time I get him he makes my banking transactions difficult. I know it's not just me because I watch other customers frustration when they have him as well .
I would give TD no star review If I could I told them twice that I am going over seas to Norway for a month pm the 5th day you people locked my card without my Knowledge even tho I had my card with me I talked to 20 different people over the phone and they all say I need a phone code I've been banking with you people for almost 3 decades and you people paused my card regardless you people even put a message In YOUR SYSTEM SAYING I'M LEAVING THE COUNTRY FOR A MOUTH YET YOU PEOPLE STILL LOCKED MY CARD I WAS SUPPOSED TO BUY GIF... read more
