Me and my partner went in today to see about getting him a first credit card. We had an amazing appointment with Doreen Choong. she was extremely welcoming and friendly as well as informative, making sure to let use know all the banking options as we are young adults who are getting more into banking. Would give her 10 stars if I could
The lineup was long but not surprising
I had a negative experience when the manager wouldn't serve me and she seemed to have personal issues that had nothing to do with me or my business. I expect more professionalism from a banker. I feel disrespected and I will consider taking my money to the royal bank instead.
Barb, Femi and the rest of the team are exceptional. Super friendly, courteous and efficient. Thanks again for all your hard work.
