There is a most wonderful woman that works in this office and her name is Dill. She helped me get through some difficulty that I was having. I'm not as tech savy as she is, and she was very professional and very helpful and I must say an excellent choice in helping your services here at TD bank.
On September 29th, I visited the TD Bank in Aldergrove with my disabled friend. My friend had a new phone, and we needed help logging in after reinstalling the banking app. The bank teller, Deelika, was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue, allowing my disabled friend to use his phone for banking without any issues. We were grateful to her.
Negative experience here, I could not be helped by multiple staff at this branch regarding my imquiry. I do not recommend this branch or bank.
