Marie was absolutely amazing. Best service at a bank yet.
After going through all the steps at drive thru it came back with not working. Went through inside line up where all of us waiting got to hear how much money everyone would be walking out with, including US. It's not the gentleman's fault he has such a deep voice, however when I let him know what was happening I asked if would use a lower voice, please. Well that didn't happen. It would be nice if the agents would take into account how many people are in the branch and how loud they use their voices.
They scoffed at me for trying to exchange Canadian dollars for Pesos because I wasn’t a current TD customer. Rude interaction, I don’t recommend them.
