They scoffed at me for trying to exchange Canadian dollars for Pesos because I wasn’t a current TD customer. Rude interaction, I don’t recommend them.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience dealing with a representative by the name of Lydia Zhang at this branch while trying to handle a very sensitive estate matter after the passing of a loved one. Instead of showing professionalism, compassion, or even basic listening skills, the representative was cold, dismissive, and made the entire process unnecessarily difficult.
