Very poor in-branch service. Every time I visited this branch for matters that couldn’t be handled through phone banking, the experience was frustrating. The staff were slow, unhelpful, and at times rude. They were not customer-friendly and often seemed unsure of the correct steps to resolve issues. Overall, a very annoying and disappointing experience.
Hatisha Sharma (forgive if I spelled wrong I only heard it said, haha) was super helpful, advocated for me on the phone with customer care, and helped sort out something I’ve working to get done for almost two years. She’s the best and if I remember I’ll be bringing her a gift card soon :)
We’re very thankful for the support we received from Aarti Jindal. She was kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly. Truly excellent service
