I waited in the line up for close to an hour just to get a new bank card. Only 3 tellers on around 430ish -530 . Do better hire more staff so unprofessional.
I actually love this TD compared to the others in Abbotsford. I find the service to be far more pleasant and the branch managers enthusiastic and full of energy 1
Worse service
The wait here is unreasonably long. Staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be coming back.
