Customer service was not good last Saturday I had appointment at 9am and due to weather i reached there at 9:4 am. Someone ask me for appointment then I said with sukhmanjeet Hans, he is already with other clients at 9am. Then she said you will wait I let him know you are here. He was with client those has appointment after me they comes early so he takes at 9 am. I am waiting for more than half hour. no body cares my works start at 10am. Having a VERY difficult time getting a hold of the mortgage ‘advisor’ and when we do hear back it is not clear… would recommend another branch at this point….
