I have had my account for a while now and I have this issue going on about smfn . I don’t k ow if there is a lack of information or what , this employee who opened this for me can’t fix it . I have been filling forms back and forth for last 6 months now . This person tried best to fix it on her own but wouldn’t call anyone or ask someone senior for help and is very very unprofessional. So I am never going back ,particularly to this branch . I have always liked TD but never thought this would happen. .
I just created an account with TD and my appointment was with Jasmine was amazing and very helpful.
Outside ATM ate my card
Customer service was not good last Saturday I had appointment at 9am and due to weather i reached there at 9:4 am. Someone ask me for appointment then I said with sukhmanjeet Hans, he is already with other clients at 9am. Then she said you will wait I let him know you are here. He was with client those has appointment after me they comes early so he takes at 9 am. I am waiting for more than half hour. no body cares my works start at 10am.
