Td has gone completely down hill. There is a disconnect between the local branch and head office. I don’t come to a brick and mortar location to be told to call the helpline for help. Maybe focus less on social issues and more on your service issues.
I received amazing service from Yash today! I went in with one problem that he easily solved. He took a look at the way my accounts were set up and gave me some excellent advice! He’s very knowledgeable and just a lovely person to deal with. I’m very grateful for his help! I got a follow up call from Cathryn Klatt based on Yash’s recommendations and she was awesome too! Thank you both!

Nice service went there to get removal of lien they treal very well so now planing to open account there
