The service used to be very good at this branch. Unfortunately that has been declining for some time and they are not willing to do anything to help out when you are having issues with an account. They would prefer to wash their hands of anything. Would recommend a different branch or banking institution.
I have to say how wonderful Jen Hamilton has made my banking experience as a newcomer to the area and to the TD Banking Family. Jen has helped me avoid stressing out over moving and adjusting to smaller community life professionally and with compassion.
Went to use the ATM. No problem.
