I’ve been trying to set up an appointment but instead they have been calling me mid day on weekdays with no heads up whatsoever to do my appointment over the phone. I never received a date for my appointment nor was told a date for my rescheduled appointment and then next thing i find out they never even rescheduled me. Terrible experience you’d think a bank would be more professional and not struggle managing a schedule.
