Not a review of the branch but the TD web based means to book an appt. there. Trying to book an appt. online. The TD "find a branch" can't find this one. Royal pain in the butt. I need to update my personal info to make changes to things online but TDs web based mechanisms to get me to a point where I can book an appt. are useless. Given the fees paid to TD to be a "client" surely they can get someone to make this a whole lot easier. I won't even begin to provide feedback on the TD My Spend app.
It's funny when people complain and say that they're going to change banks. That's like saying that you're disappointed in Coke and now you're going to switch to Sprite. Take that Coke!...Wait a second...

I had a very good outcome with my TD credit card issue this afternoon, thanks greatly to the nice young woman by the name NEHA she worked her magic to resolved all the problems I had with my card. Nice to see people still taking time to help others.
