They lock the ATM after hours. Imagine a company that reaps billions in profit every quarter, benefits from local tax breaks, that nickles-and-dimes its customers for every transaction, they can’t be arsed to provide after hours service at their ATM.
I’ve been trying to set up an appointment but instead they have been calling me mid day on weekdays with no heads up whatsoever to do my appointment over the phone. I never received a date for my appointment nor was told a date for my rescheduled appointment and then next thing i find out they never even rescheduled me.
