Tried for 2 weeks to get a virtual appointment set up for an RRSP contribution. I was passed around to 3 people before finally getting a response. Repeatedly asked what the process was without a response. I also requested a time slot to be booked. The day of the appointment I found out it wasn't booked. I never thought a simple RRSP contribution would be such a headache. Very poor service.
I had a great experience at TD Bank with Tej Sidhu. I went there to get help with EasyWeb access, and she assisted me from the first step to the last. She was very friendly, patient, and professional, and the service was fast and efficient. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was smooth.
