Poor customer service.
Was in yesterday to get a deposit for my first home. Peter was very helpful, thorough, and friendly! Overall a great and comfortable experience, especially for my first time home purchase.
just called - so 10 am on a Thursday ... the matter I needed help with is urgent - no Branch manager is in, no assistant branch manager is in - gentleman who answered the phone was not interested at all in listening to my concern and just really wanted to put me through to an extension or defer me to the web - good grief ... where has customer service gone
Always friendly and courteous service. Highly recommend.
