The branch manager Peter is very rude. I have witnessed many customers every time I visit this branch argueing with him over the past year and sadly it was my turn to face the wrath of Peter. He talks very loud for the whole branch / customers to hear when you voice a complaint to him. He is demeaning, cold. I told him that I never have been treated so badly by anyone at a TD branch ever and he could care less, just lauged at me. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Was made to feel small and insignificant for wanting to take out my money. The manager decided not to give me my money because I did not want to tell him what I'm spending it on. What I spend my hard earned money on is none of there business!! This treating customers like criminals has to stop.
I have always had good experiences with TD, unfortunately I recently went in and the teller was very rude and condescending. There were multiple times where he spoke down to me and interrupted me. I am seriously considering closing my accounts. Very very disappointed.
Applied for a credit card offered by TD as pre approved back in July. The branch manager was present. The card never arrived. The phone support is useless. Today I went to the branch to check on the status. My application disappeared. The teller recalled the filing process but couldn't explain why it was lost.
