Very disappointed this bank no good customer service, I went inside was one customer before, and no one help us, I went out, not recommended this branch, the lady manager she rude
Friendly and knowledgeable staff with good banter and banking skills.
Arsh Sandhu went above and beyond while helping us set up our new investment accounts. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and she was always friendly, professional, and willing to answer our questions with thoughtful advice. She was also incredibly accommodating when we needed to change our appointment, even offering to adjust her schedule to make it work for us. That level of customer service did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Arsh, for all of your help and guidance in getting this process started.... read more
