I always have a great experience with the TD Bank on Wilson St in Ancaster. Thanks to Anna, the amazing branch manager who is welcoming, professional and has always gone above and beyond for me and my family! Thanks to Nelly Kimunguyi, the investment consultant. They made opening my chequing and savings accounts quick and stress-free. Nelly explained everything clearly and helped me feel confident in my choices. Both provided excellent service—I highly recommend this branch!
Horrible client experience with Mortgage Specialist Vivian. Been trying to secure a pre approval for over 2 months and she cannot seem to get her act together. Advised that she is new and learning the role. Kind of concerning as to why they are putting someone in this position when they are not ready? As such, it has delayed the process and created alot of frustration. Her follow up is also terrible and never when she advises. Completely unacceptable.
This bank gives you no interest on your savings. 12,000 dollars in your savings account gets you 11 cents interest in a month.
The branch manager Peter is very rude. I have witnessed many customers every time I visit this branch argueing with him over the past year and sadly it was my turn to face the wrath of Peter. He talks very loud for the whole branch / customers to hear when you voice a complaint to him. He is demeaning, cold. I told him that I never have been treated so badly by anyone at a TD branch ever and he could care less, just lauged at me. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. Was made to feel small and insignificant for wanting to take out my money. The manager decided not to give me my money because I did not want to tell him what I'm spending it on. What I spend my hard earned money on is none of there business!! This treating customers like criminals has to stop.
