Susan at the front desk was great to deal with. Went in to create a profile and she made the process very easy and quick. I currently don't bank with TD but needed a profile for sign authority. Based on this experience with Susan, I am considering opening an account.
No issue with tellers but now there's only 1 ATM in the building (which you can only hope isn't locked for whatever reason or that the lineup isnt too long) and the one outside seems to be out of service fairly often. Considering the other reviews, they're aware. Again, not the fault of those who work here. It would be nice to see a spot where seniors or people who are unable to stand for long periods of time can talk to a teller.
