I recently had a frustrating experience at this bank branch. I deposited a cheque, and unlike in the past where all cheques were cleared immediately, this time they put a hold on my funds. I approached the managers for assistance, hoping for some clarity or resolution, but unfortunately, they were unhelpful and did not provide any satisfactory solutions.
