I have been a client for 20 years at TD Bank. Before they merged with Canada trust. Have been depositing my pay check same amount every two weeks for last 4 years. Now without explanation they have decided to hold my pay checks. Have other products from TD in great outstanding status, good credit rating. Absolutely ridiculous. Very disappointed. Ive never been to a less knowledgeable branch. The manager hasn't a clue either. I've never been into this branch where I didnt have to go to a second TD location just to have things handled properly.
The Asian lady with the pony tail who I think is the manager is extremely rude and angry, I’m not sure who hired her but she should not be working in a customer service position. The teller who helped me was nice and understanding. What a terrible role model for her employees
Excellent experience with Eric but I have to say I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a female manager when I was doing my banking. I will be making a formal complaint.
Apparently TD doesn't make enough money to give me some rolls for coins when I'll be depositing into their banks.... well was going to... Line up was long and when I get to the counter I get the nice earful from lady about how I can buy the rolls.... yes I know I can buy the rolls but if other banks give them I didn't think I'd have to hear about how I can buy them. Icing on top of the cake.... I ask for all coin roll sizes.... she gives me penny one's..... I mean it is a coin size but she needs help.... also I had to remind... read more
