Worst place to go to they would never help you always looking for trouble not to cash your check. Don’t waste your time there.

This bank always seems understaffed. Every time I visit, there’s a long lineup and only one or two tellers available to help. It is really frustrating, especially during peak hours. They definitely need more staff to improve service and reduce wait times.
I usually find writing reviews to be quite bothersome, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I recently had a meeting with Ms. Kwon at this branch, and she genuinely showed great effort and dedication. I could clearly feel that she was doing her very best to help me with my needs.
