I'm not a TD bank client. And with this experience I would never want to be. Just popped in to get loonies for a 20 dollar bill. (A regular Canadian $ not US) I was told I need to open a bank account with them for it lmao! No where in the world I have seen a bank say such nonsense! I bank with RBC and there is none in town. Dropped in CIBC and as always they gave me loonies in 30 seconds for the 20 dollar cash (like every other sane bank with good customer service would)!
Closed early
I’ve had nothing but the worst customer service at TD bank, sure there are some nice staff working inside the Fernie branch, but customer service is horrible. I have accounts with other banks and don’t have near the problems. I was initially going to move all my banking over to TD, but that would have been a mistake. I see I have been responded to and will absolutely send an email, look forward to the response on my concerns.
Extremely unprofessional staff. It is very disappointing to see that even the branch manager is so ignorant. I put up a request for an urgent hand typed document from them to confirm my account details and financial portfolio. Explained exactly about what details I needed. Inspite of that, after three days I received an email with 6 months of account statement. How ridiculous is this?? To my surprise, how can a branch manager be so ignorant?
