Had a horrible experience with one of the mortgage advisors at this branch, Marla Smith. In person meetings were great, I’m told by my fiance and father who met with her. After countless voicemails and emails over a span of three weeks we still had not heard back from her. Everyone we called she was in a meeting. A suggestion would be to give your advisors a break between meetings so that they have time to connect with current customers and the status of their mortgage concerns/process. Been going to this branch for the last two years and couldn’t ask for a better experience every time I go. No matter who is on , I am always greeted with a friendly smile & the staff go above and beyond!! All the staff take time to personally connect and it is much appreciated!!
My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this branch. We came in today (Saturday) to settle some outstanding balances, we dealt with Ivanka and she was amazing and super helpful. She Offered to open up new chequing accounts for us and savings accounts, was sympathetic towards our horrible experience with our current bank, gave us information on investing and the difference between different kinds of accounts, and was just overall a great interaction and fabulous customer service.
