I’ve had a similar experience as another customer. All staff have been great and the service from others has been wonderful. However, my experience with Marla Smith was identical to the other review. We missed an investment date and a tuition payment because she did NOT return any calls or emails. It was weeks. I had to call and speak to the manager that was able to assist us within the same day on the phone. 4 emails to Marla and no response. 3 calls and voicemails and no response. Had a horrible experience with one of the mortgage advisors at this branch, Marla Smith. In person meetings were great, I’m told by my fiance and father who met with her. After countless voicemails and emails over a span of three weeks we still had not heard back from her. Everyone we called she was in a meeting. A suggestion would be to give your advisors a break between meetings so that they have time to connect with current customers and the status of their mortgage concerns/process.
