Worst banking services received in Canada. A simple request to close my credit card and loan back in 2017 developed in a nightmere ; no help , no advise and NO customer services.

Empty, quiet and great service
I’ve had a similar experience as another customer. All staff have been great and the service from others has been wonderful. However, my experience with Marla Smith was identical to the other review. We missed an investment date and a tuition payment because she did NOT return any calls or emails. It was weeks. I had to call and speak to the manager that was able to assist us within the same day on the phone. 4 emails to Marla and no response. 3 calls and voicemails and no response.
