Spend less money on IDE and more money on providing banking services English and French would be great!
I had a very disappointing experience with the staff, particularly with Lia. It’s clear that additional training is needed before staff are placed in front-line customer service roles. The lack of professionalism was both frustrating and unacceptable. I strongly recommend reviewing Lia’s placement perhaps a role in the back office or another branch would be more suitable. This level of service does not reflect well on TD
They are good, caring, and happy to please their customers
So far, so good. But I have a question: In many of the TD replies to comments sent in I see: "reply from the owner". Question: Who is the "said" "owner" of this particular branch?
Doaa Ahmed Mohemed Hassan Elsayed provided worse customer service. I went to get bank statement she printed something that i wasnt looking for. I went right back within couple seconds to tell her thats not something I am looking for. But she gave me bad look and told me to go back in line of 10 people and i have to wait for another 20 minutes to get the doc. She is worse worse worse customer service representative.
