So far, so good. But I have a question: In many of the TD replies to comments sent in I see: "reply from the owner". Question: Who is the "said" "owner" of this particular branch?

Doaa Ahmed Mohemed Hassan Elsayed provided worse customer service. I went to get bank statement she printed something that i wasnt looking for. I went right back within couple seconds to tell her thats not something I am looking for. But she gave me bad look and told me to go back in line of 10 people and i have to wait for another 20 minutes to get the doc. She is worse worse worse customer service representative.

If I didn’t know how it works, my visit would be useless. When you go to a branch, you’d hope they know. I went in to submit my property tax amendment document, I was told “Oh we don’t deduct property tax anymore with your mortgage, you have to call the mortgage department.” Oh man, I told the staff I was told by the mortgage department to visit a branch to give the Tax assessment. It's a great spot to get $! Last time, the ATM didn't have $20 bills, which was not a good thing.
