Won't exchange CAD to USD because I dont have an account with them
Has to be the slowest bank I’ve ever gone to. And it’s not a one off time, every single time you go expect to wait atleast 45 minutes in line to see one of the two people working the front (if they even have two). Absolutely ridiculous.
I rate it a ZERO star. My wife called to get an appointment to get a mortgage pre-approval and talking about interest rate and had a 2 weeks waiting to get an appointment(busy understand). 2 weeks later, the day of our appointment 2 hours before the appointment that person that we had an appointment with called us to tell us it was the wrong person for a new built mortgage and we should take an another appointment with someone else.
