Showed up today with cash to open a account, stood in line for 20min while the teller had a nice chat with his buddy, and it was nothing about banking, I walked out, this place is a joke
The slowest service imaginable!! Only ever two workers working, they have 5 terminals for workers but never have anyone on them. Every visit is a half hour minimum!! Avoid going inside at all cost!!
too many homeless people and sketchy people around the atm, my mother uses atm once a day and she doesn't feel safe. you really need to deal with it, because I use RBC and I don't see any homeless around their atm. (its been like this for months and I am finally writing a review)
