I like this Branch! People are friendly and always willing to help and offer assistance
I replaced my iPhone for a new one. Now I can’t log into my bank account. Calling the help line just puts me on endless hold. When I go into the branch they just tell me to call the help line. You know people have jobs. We can’t afford to sit on hold for hours here just to access every day banking. Also none of my other accounts from other banks gave me issue. Only td. And I work fro td. Just poor
TD has gotten on the bandwagon of fake, virtual, make-believe 'reality', where they assume that their clients want to be served by some ridiculous, useless and most annoying, automated, virtual 'assistant' who doesn't know a thing about actual, real-life customer service, or that an actual human may have a need to talk to another human being about a question.
