I met with a Personal Banker, Nathalie, on 9 April 2026 at this branch, to provide her with my father's POA as he has an account with this branch. She informed me that it would only take up to 5 business days to approve and she would then get back in touch with me once approved. I NEVER heard back from her! I had an amazing experience applying for a professional student line of credit with Bharani. He was honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Unbelievable incompetence! Couldn’t find my safety deposit box, about 40 mins later, found. The young man behind the counter was totally uninterested brinking on rude. If you work in a customer facing role you should have an interest in customer service. Second visit still had issues but was found and my box was closed.
