Horrible service rude
poor management and customer service
Hands down the worst TD in Ottawa.
Went into Td feeling nervous about suspicious transactions on my account. Juan Carlos very friendly and informative, helped me understand the transactions and fixed it for me while also informing me a lot of details I had no idea about because I had made the account at such a young age. I have been a loyal TD customer for more than 15 years and have always been treated with respect at other branches. I also own a business on Rideau St. for nearly 10 years, so I come to this branch very often. Normally, the staff are friendly, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I entered the branch at 5:53pm (branch hours clearly state closing at 6:00pm). The security guard, Lesly, spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner and refused to let me line up, even though there were only 3–4 customers ahead of me... read more
