This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. The branch manager, Immanuel Panchukaran, is rude and does not respect customers. I visited this branch three times for the same task, each visit lasting an hour. During my last visit, the branch manager promised to meet with us to prevent wasting our time, but he left early that day and was not available for the meeting.
Shannon Bishop is very passive aggressive and had an “i don’t care” attitude. She truly is so condescending and I felt treated as if I was the one wasting her time when all I sought was clarification. Guess she hates her life and wants others to feel the same
