The line up is always slow, they look understaffed. One time the lineup was ten plus people long and they only had one teller activity taking on people. The other one was on the phone. There's no situational awareness or decent customer service at this location. The only good employee there is the security guard. If it wasn't the closest one by a long shot I would not use this location
Absolutely unacceptable experience at TD Bank. I came in for a simple check certification and have now been waiting over 2 hours — despite the fact that there was no line when I arrived and I was the first customer. Even more concerning, the manager from the company that issued the check already confirmed and approved everything directly with the bank staff, yet the process is still not completed.
