Trying to open a account is an horrible experience I do not reccomend TD at all go with another bank the staff are incomptent and give you the run around constantly been trying to open an account for 3 months and still no one can help us.
This is the WORST BANK BRANCH I’ve encountered in Canada. I’ve filed a FORMAL COMPLAINT regarding the advisor I met at this location and am currently awaiting their resolution. I will update this review based on how the situation is handled. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this branch AT ALL.
Waited about 15 min in line. I was the only customer with the exception of one elderly lady taking a long time. Poor customer service. Never experienced this poor of service at a bank before. Many employees ignoring customers. Sad how much this branch has deteriorated over the years. Will go to another branch in the future.
Very friendly staff and our personal banker is extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
