One of the worst branches in the entire city. The wait times are atrocious. How are there 4 employees wandering around while one single teller works when there’s a line of like 8+ people? Whoever is managing this place should probably be replaced.
Date of my experience Wednesday February 26th 2025 at around 11:45 at Bayshore shopping Centre. If I can give a zero star I would. I went there because my card had a fraud alert on it which has happen before usually literally takes 5 mins to get a new card. The teller who help me clearly had no idea what he was doing it took close to an hour to get my new card. Today went online to pay my bills and all my previously set up bills are gone from 30 years ago. Please train your people correctly. The person who he was helping was... read more
