2pm on a Wednesday and there are currently 6 people in line. 3 tellers on who all seem to be doing anything but their job. Terrible slow service.
We had worst experience with this bank and wonder why are we even with this bank. We went for a need the person said approved we went to sign they said we can work on a better deal they tried failed then went back to original with double amount said that it’s approved to finally not done. The branch is full of people who think they know everything have no intention to help but complicate things. The branch managers Siddharth is like how to complicate we lost 6 weeks of our time. I had a great experience here! The branch did seem busy when I first arrived, but I had several members assist me with an issue that I was dealing with. Everyone was super kind and helpful and they helped resolve my concerns promptly and with confidence. Overall, good experience :)
