Poor Communication and Worst customer service: I’ve had a very frustrating experience with TD’s credit card services due to repeated miscommunication and poor customer support. The first time I applied for a TD credit card, it was sent to a branch instead of my home for some reasons. It’s my third time that I wait 30 minutes and I don’t get service worst place
I had to come to this ATM because the TD ATM near me has been out of service for over a week. Came here and noticed this TD ATM won't allow me to make any deposits as it says Cash and Checks unavailable to deposit.. I'm very upset that I need to go all over the city to try to find a working TD Bank ATM just to find them all out of service. This has been an on-going issue with TD ATM machines always being out of service or not working. Makes me think about switching banks tomorrow.
One of the worst branches in the entire city. The wait times are atrocious. How are there 4 employees wandering around while one single teller works when there’s a line of like 8+ people? Whoever is managing this place should probably be replaced.
Date of my experience Wednesday February 26th 2025 at around 11:45 at Bayshore shopping Centre. If I can give a zero star I would. I went there because my card had a fraud alert on it which has happen before usually literally takes 5 mins to get a new card. The teller who help me clearly had no idea what he was doing it took close to an hour to get my new card.
