Although this TD branch is always extremely busy, the staff are consistently kind and helpful. I experienced an unfortunate family situation, and Ted, the branch manager, immediately noticed my distress and asked, “What can I do to help?”—and he truly has been helping ever since. Awful branch. No access to ATM during off-hours and drive-thru out of service.
I am so fed up with automated answering and that's all I get if I call TD. What happened to good old fashioned personal service?...I guess I'm showing my age.
TD Insurance has been the worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. After my accident, they only gave me a rental car for one day, even though my policy clearly included $5,000 in transportation coverage. The policy wording is misleading and unclear, nothing like other insurers I’ve had. Once they make a settlement offer, they cut off your rental and insurance within 1–3 days, leaving you without transportation and trying to pressure you into accepting a low payout. Very disappointing experience this morning at this bank location. I have a business account with the bank, never had issue depositing the cheques into that account before, apparently customer experience manager came up new policy for that cheque not to be deposited into this bank. Literally went to another branch, Chq was deposited in 2 minutes without any questions being asked. I couldnt understand how there were different policies for different branches of same bank
