I came in rushing this morning to get a new debit card I had lost mine, I have been going to this location for 10 years and the old women with dark hair has always seemed to be judgmental and standoffish, today she put me through a 4 step verification process when she didn't need to then proceeded to tell the teller she doesn't need to do that everytime. When will your ATMs work. Drive thru is always temporarily out of service and the front entrance is always locked..zero access to money after hours.
I had fraud on my account. I spoke with the assistant manager who said she would call me back Wednesday before 4pm still waiting on her call back. The claim was declined out 700$ I will be removing all of my accounts from TD tomorrow and going with another bank. Worst customer service ever. The are crooks just like the people who stole my money. Bank somewhere else.
