When we visited Mahogany location to open a new cross border account we felt that we were an inconvenience to our advisor. Once we opened account she gave us cards and had us stand in line to wait for the teller to activate our cards. There was only one teller and she was counting rolls of coins and didn't once look over to make eye contact to let us know that she would be with us shortly. I don’t know why there is no 0 star option. They don’t deserve a star at all. We had the First financial advisor who was new . She talked to us for an hour about home equity and didn’t even process our application !! Then she sent us to a second financial advisor who said he was going on vacation . So he sent us to a third financial advisor who was Sanjiv Rana at the seton branch. Go to him. Don’t go to anyone in the mahogany branch . Don’t go to anyone in the McKenzie branch either .
The most incompetent customer service ever. Had an appointment with Maryam Louei regarding an estate account for a deceased person. She didn't answer any questions I had during the appointment but did manage to ask random ones such as "You had a weird Calgary area number". She did run to the manager 3-4 times because simply had no knowledge regarding the process.
