Branch is open until 8 but they have one person working the desk. Been in line 45 mins and still waiting
Two days ago, I had a consultation with Mariia at this branch. I had an issue with my account, and I was pleasantly surprised by how professional she was. She genuinely cared about resolving my issue. This manager works for results, not just to be nice.
I have been more than 6 times at TD Bank Mahogany because I want to open the RESP account for my child but there is always an error on the system. I need to open that account because my son is in grade 11 and time is running but unfortunately I have not received any call or solution from them.
Huge disconnect between TD Mahagony and TD Bank as a whole. Their reps simply don't understand the various lending products and provide false information. The back office confirmed their lack of knowledge, yet no meaningful training or learning was provided as I still received a call back with poor information again on their lending products.
