Opened account with TD and were told that we would receive a $450 cash bonus if we met the stated requirements. However, one major requirement was never disclosed to us — that a government or employer direct deposit had to go into the account. She went above and beyond to help us, explained everything clearly, gave us excellent recommendations and truly did everything from the heart. She was patient, professional and very kind. We truly appreciate her support and highly recommend her service!
I used the ATM at this location. This is not my bank so therefore paid $5.00 for a withdrawal. I accidentally chose the wrong denominations of currency and ended up with 10 $5.00 bills. I entered the bank and asked the teller for a $50 bill for the $5.00 bills. She told me she couldn’t convert the money as I wasn’t a customer of that bank. She had just watched me use the ATM, I had a receipt and the money. Would I ever consider opening an account with TD -NEVER.
When we visited Mahogany location to open a new cross border account we felt that we were an inconvenience to our advisor. Once we opened account she gave us cards and had us stand in line to wait for the teller to activate our cards. There was only one teller and she was counting rolls of coins and didn't once look over to make eye contact to let us know that she would be with us shortly.
