The most incompetent customer service ever. Had an appointment with Maryam Louei regarding an estate account for a deceased person. She didn't answer any questions I had during the appointment but did manage to ask random ones such as "You had a weird Calgary area number". She did run to the manager 3-4 times because simply had no knowledge regarding the process. Chronically understaffed, just one cashier, long wait time to get even simple things done.
Don’t know who the new lady behind the desk is, but get rid of her she is rude. I think her name is Raj!
