Been a customer of TD for now 3 years. Never spoke to someone as ignorant as Faye. Was asking about a cheque on hold, not arguing just had basic general questions. I couldn’t get a word in. She continued to cut me off and talk down to me. Then told me she was going to get her manager just for me to wait to speak to no one. Will be considering other banking options and filing a complaint with TD. It shouldn’t be this difficult for a simple inquiry!
The smell of perfume and body odour is so obvious at this branch that I have to wear a mask. The tellers don’t understand simple requests on English.
I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience with the branch manager Danny at this location was deeply disappointing. Instead of resolving concerns with professionalism and courtesy, the manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and at times even rude.
Branch manger is so rude and unprofessional.
When I walk in, I no longer comfortable the way I used to. I've been banking at this branch for several years only to find different employees treating me with an undeserved harshness and lack of trust. It seems like a wider issue but I'm sad to see that my own local TD has deteriorated in both quality and customer service. Simple transactions are all treated with disdain and everyone is looked upon as a suspect.
