After years of business and TD making an excessive amount of money from me on interest I will now be moving all of my banking/investments elsewhere. It has taken me over three weeks, and numerous calls to get an annual mortgage statement, to no avail. This is not only embarrassing to TD, but a loss as I will be pulling $1 mil of investments. As a leading financial provider to Canadians all I can say is...do better! A poor representation of what Canadians are offered.
I have been a customer for years, and unfortunately the level of service I have recently experienced is extremely disappointing. I initially called to resolve an issue with my card since I live in Banff, and was told that I needed to go in person to the bank. I took the time to do so, only to be told at the branch that I needed to call instead. I followed those instructions and called again, just to be told that I must return to the branch once more.
