I understand banks have identity verification policies, but the way this was handled was unprofessional and came across as snobby. I was asked for photo ID, a passport, and my birth certificate,Sin number and my work documents were held while staff repeatedly said I had been reported for fraud. One girl checking up on her multiple times, the girl next to me giving me side eye and even the manager having to step in for no reason, I was made to feel like a criminal. Excellent customer service: The staff here is super helpful and friendly. I went in because I needed to replace my Access Card due to a security concern (a potential scam), and they replaced it right away free of charge. Great attitude and very reassuring service!
