I visited the bank for my appointment today.Vee was really helpful.
I understand banks have identity verification policies, but the way this was handled was unprofessional and came across as snobby. I was asked for photo ID, a passport, and my birth certificate, and my documents were held while staff repeatedly said I had been reported for fraud. One girl checking up on her multiple times, the girl next to me giving me side eye and even the manager having to step in for no reason, I was made to feel like a criminal. Came here to leave a review today after my terrible experience yesterday with Faye. As I can see by reading the comments from others I am not the only one she has been arrogant and condescending with. The fact that she has been put in the position of customer service manager is insane. I have been dealing with TD for 30 years.
