Hi I want to share feedback about JESSICA BACK. Actually I went to banff with my family to celebrate this Thanksgiving and I lost my both debit and credit cards somewhere in saskatoon. I realized a day later in banff town while shopping and got a shock . Then searched the TD bank nearby and found in canmore. I reached there and talk to JESSICA and they way she handled the situation wao . She made me calm down and listen my problem and submitted my complaint to TD. Been a customer of TD for now 3 years. Never spoke to someone as ignorant as Faye. Was asking about a cheque on hold, not arguing just had basic general questions. I couldn’t get a word in. She continued to cut me off and talk down to me. Then told me she was going to get her manager just for me to wait to speak to no one. Will be considering other banking options and filing a complaint with TD. It shouldn’t be this difficult for a simple inquiry!
