They don't deserve even 1 star I asked for my close account statement the girl said they charged me 30 dollars and it ll take 7 to 9 days. But I went to another branch and got statement for free. Really so ridiculous.
Worst branch in the area, always have a huge line up on the counter (20-30 minutes wait is usual to get anything done) and no business counter either. Have complained but no response or solution given. Stay away from this branch if you can.
I had a terrible experience with a TD Bank employee named Mandeep Gill. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to help. When I politely asked why she was being rude, she openly told me she didn’t want to help and sent me to another desk without any reason or explanation. I felt completely dismissed and disrespected.
