Mauvaise banque
I went before work on Saturday morning, I was served by a snowflake, I would even compare her to a brainless jellyfish named Maya with no common sense whatsoever … and who didn’t want to be there nor did she want to listen to what customers had to say… why the heck am I paying monthly fees if you can’t even provide me with a minimum customer service when needed?
Horrible customer service! The poor teller was by himself while his superior ( man with glasses and dark hair) sat on his desk looking at his phone and pretending to work instead of serving the customers and helping the teller. There was a line up and the teller looked stressed and upset because his superior didn’t help him, not even to get the rolls of change in the back. The only reason I gave a 2 star was for the teller , even though he was stressed , he served the customers with a smile and patiently .
Waited 1h40 for them to answer just to tell me they won’t help me because i changed my number a year ago but they only send my info to the old number. Even when i’ve told them multiple times that i have changed it. In real life, they tell us that we’ll receive information or other services in a few days or 2 weeks max when it takes them 3 times longer.
