Absolutely Appalled by TD Bank – 20 Years of Loyalty Tossed Aside I’ve been a TD customer for nearly two decades, and I’ve never felt more disrespected or dismissed by a company in my life. Overall, this branch has been good to me. But, I can't go beyond two stars because of my most recent interaction and I'm not sure that this branch had much to do with it. I had booked an appointment to be done via phone which I had done before, yet my phone never rang. I contacted them 15 mins later if only to be told that the agent was dealing with another client. The bank itself seems quite good . Sometimes short on cashiers . The big problem now is the drive through ATM is the only way to get cash when the bank is closed . Many , many times I've gone through on a Sunday and it's OUT OF ORDER . The ATM machines in the lobby are closed because the bank is closed . They had issues with homeless people sleeping in the area . No other T D in the area . If we use anther bank machine we have to pay service charges . Today, April 28, 2025, this branch cancelled an appointment that I had made with it a week earlier, in just less than 2 hours before the appointment time. The caller tried to persuade me to take out a different date for another interview on phone, not considering that my schedule for the whole day just got disrupted. To add to the imbalance caused to my day, I opened my email and it read "we have cancelled your appointment as requested".
