I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding team at the TD Canada Trust branch in Prescott, Ontario. We happened to end up there because the Brockville branch was without power, and honestly, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Branch Manager Holly and the entire team took the time to answer our questions, walk us through a large foreign exchange transaction for our upcoming home purchase, and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy. Moved to this area a while ago and now use the Prescott branch regularly. I have to say ALL of their staff is super friendly and helpful. From everyday banking to creating a line of credit for us as we purchased a new home, I have no complaints. Being a small branch it is also nice to have the staff recognize you when you walk in to do your banking. I would highly recommend this branch.
