Walked into this branch to deposit a cheque. Sizable amount. The branch manager refuses to make my funds immediately available, other than $2000. This dude just made himself obsolete and dragged this branch one step closer to elimination.
Waited 10-15 minutes, but the person who assisted me was quick and courteous.

Rude and very unhelpful, very sad with the poor service of this bank.
I am a new TD customer this year. Helena is my bank advisor and she is super helpful whenever I have any issues. She would try her best to fit our needs and suggesting us the suitable plans. Her presence in this branch definitely worth the 5 stars experience based on my 3 times visits in this year. I have had an inquiry on other branch before this but the advisor never gets back to me nor picking up calls.
