Rude and very unhelpful, very sad with the poor service of this bank.
I am a new TD customer this year. Helena is my bank advisor and she is super helpful whenever I have any issues. She would try her best to fit our needs and suggesting us the suitable plans. Her presence in this branch definitely worth the 5 stars experience based on my 3 times visits in this year.
