My second visit to this branch was just as disappointing if not worse than the first, and it’s becoming clear to me that this location has serious issues with how black customers are treated. I didn’t even want to come back, but I needed to make a transaction I’m from Out of town and happened to be in Candiac for a job …which should be completely irrelevant to a simple banking transaction. Pire expérience hypothèquaire de ma vie , j'ai été très mal accompagner , il a fallu que je fasse toute les démarche à leur place , au lieux de rassurer le client il leur crée de l'anxiété et de l'angoisse je ne recommande vraiment pas cette succursale.

Slow teller line. I understand that some clients can take more time than others. But when people are waiting in line over 15 minutes and the supervisor doesn’t come out to open up a window… unacceptable.
