Slow teller line. I understand that some clients can take more time than others. But when people are waiting in line over 15 minutes and the supervisor doesn’t come out to open up a window… unacceptable.

This morning, I noticed several unauthorized Uber transactions on my TD Canada Trust checking account. I called the bank and was advised to dispute the charges online and visit a branch to get a new card and update my phone number.
