This bank is filled with the most ignorant branch managers I have ever dealt with in my life. Don't dear argue with them after they have called you a lier because they will forcefully shut down all of your accounts. So yourself a favor and switch to absolutely any other bank but this branch
Absolute worst customer service ever. I was accused of lieing and told they really don't care if I shut down my accounts because they don't want rude customers like me anyways. I am finally in the middle of switching my financial institution and closing my accounts with them after 9 years. Never again. Maybe try properly training the 2 blonde ladies that call themselves "customer service support" and "branch manager" Worst experience ever Edit: they have contacted me via mail and shutting down all of my accounts! Knowledgeable and helpful staff.
I was with TD for 15 years when covid hit everytime a paycheck went in my account the entire paycheck was taken and i had to fight to get it back and they would keep some each time and i would lose multiple 48 dollar overcharge fees. Even with an agreement in place they still kept withdrawing all my money over 120 times it happened horrible company!
