Don’t believe all of the things they are saying, when you’re coming next time, there might be the other worker and he/she will tell you completely different information, Branch Manager didn’t help at all, just told me that it is my problem and nobody gonna be dealing with it, “they cannot change the system, even if they made a mistake which costed me money, nobody gonna reimburse it”
