Poor service and employee attitude.
They have one clerk for the whole branch, had to waist 2 hours of my time for 5 minutes job
Just tried to cash a cheque and they disappeared with it for 15 mins to talk to a manager and I’ve cashed many of these cheques in the past with TD. They treat me like a criminal not a customer. This branch has terrible customer service. Philip in particular is a rude and terrible employee. Switching banks.
This bank is filled with the most ignorant branch managers I have ever dealt with in my life. Don't dear argue with them after they have called you a lier because they will forcefully shut down all of your accounts. So yourself a favor and switch to absolutely any other bank but this branch
