Garbage a bank that doesn't take payment other then cash to pay off a account that they forgot to close and I had to pay intrest on so they could get another 3.50 at the ATM lol
You can go to instance tell or regual tell and they always nice. There only bank with a srive threw and it always fast and works great.
Worst customer service i have ever received. They are lucky i didn't take them to civil court after stealing from my bank account. USE ANY BANK IN NEWFOUNDLAND BUT TD!
The absolute worse customer service .. They make you feel like your bothering them when u need assistance. And forget about a smile or politeness. It does not exist at this branch . And although they have numerous teller stations, your lucky if one is open .
They need to hire more people, waited in line for 45 minutes
