Sidrat was the most helpful! Her attention to detail when she paid to my concerns and requests were out of this world. I would like to thank and recognize Melissa from this branch. I was in early on the 22nd of December regarding a replacement visa card. I was told they would check their mail after noon time then call when card was in. I never received a call so I went in later in the day since it was just before the holidays and asked about the card. Melissa did not see it so she went to the mailbox even though it was snowing just so I could have my card. Appreciate the fantastic customer service.
