1 star This was one of the most frustrating banking experiences I have ever had. I was trying to withdraw RESP funds for my son, who attends a post-secondary institution in Japan. I visited this brand new TD branch at 1054 Centre St (the replacement for the Yonge and Royal Orchard location) about a week or two after it opened. I understand that new branches might experience some initial hardware issues, which they did, but the real issue here is the complete lack of organization and professionalism from the staff. I had 3rd cheque from same company that they are working with TD bank. First 2 cheques i deposited at another brunch and they didn't put hold the cheque. For third cheque She just say "we put hold 3 business days" even when i say that this is 3rd cheque from last month and it was smallar amount than first 2 cheques.
