This branch is overwhelmed and understaffed. I built a close to 15 year relationship here. And if it wasn't for Sam I would have left long ago. I'm out your service is no longer worth what you sell it for. Closed all the branches around this one, but the staff can't keep up, has kept up in 2 years. Shame on you TD. I'm not interested in a response it will change nothing.
Garbage branch, some executives like Baljit Kaur are busy than any one in the world. When you request them anything they say yes we will do. Yes, we will do an even after the numerous number of follow ups they don’t do anything completely a garbage branch?
Not enough staff. Back end staff should help on counter if there’s a long line.
