Honestly, this location is the worst TD bank in Canada. I like every other TD bank in Montreal, but this one is extremely poor, very bad services with the clients and even intimidating. I will never go again to this place. I experienced undoubtedly my worst moment there and my final mark to this location is a BIG ZERO out of 10!!!!
L'employé au comptoir qui m'a servi ignorait des éléments de procédure essentiels mis en place par la banque TD. L'information fournie (sans aucune hésitation par l'employé en question) était incohérente avec les procédures de la banque. Je dois donc reprendre de zéro le dossier en me représentant en succursale...
Today I had the opportunity to visit the branch and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a bank in my entire life. The teller who helped me was not very friendly and had no identification with his name on it!
