I visited this TD branch to report fraudulent activity involving tens of thousands of dollars. This was an extremely serious and stressful situation, yet even after I clearly explained the scale of the issue, the branch manager was completely reactionless and did not make any real effort to help. I can’t believe how incompetent this team is. They treat clients like crap, ignore them. Treat them as unknown random individuals every single time. Their vision is so poor. I’m leaving them, after 10 years, had enough.
An ATM that is only open from 9-6 and closed on weekends. As someone who works, when I am supposed to go?
