As an Asian immigrant, I felt disrespected and humiliated. I went in to deposit cash and pay a utility bill—two services I’ve done monthly without issue. The male teller couldn’t complete the tasks after 30 minutes, even after asking two other staff, including a woman whose name started with “A.” She openly admitted she didn’t know how to pay the bill, rolled her eyes, showed visible impatience, and kept saying “It’s up to you.” I was told I couldn’t deposit cash and would be charged a fee to pay the bill—policies never ment... read more
