I have never had an unpleasant experience at this bank. I have always found the tellers to be pleasant and helpful. I only wish the ATMs could be open more often but with the changing times and riskier clientele that now seems impossible. All in all I highly recommend this bank.
Le directeur Christopher Hauptman sait intervenir concernant un gel demandé par Revenu Québec par son département de pension alimentaire pour un montant de $ 452 contre des dépôts de rentes du Québec reconnus comme insaisissables sur le site même du MRQ. 26 saisies illégales furent acceptées par CIBC (8) et RBC (18) et qu'une somme de $ 2 464 et $ 1 846 sont toujours en défaut d'être remboursées envers moi depuis 2021 et 2022 puis 2013. Bravo à toute l'équipe...TD est la meilleure banque !
Worst bank on Earth. ATMs locked outside of branch hours, broken half the time, and when you go to line up to have to speak to one of the tellers, they spend 40% of their workday hiding behind the counter and ignoring customers. Trust me that I use every opportunity I have not to speak to your incompetent employees... The constant refusal to provide your customers with even the most basic banking services is insane. Truly useless
