This branch continues to go from bad to worse. The staff turnover is outrageous, so no one ever knows what they are doing because they haven't been doing the job for long enough. What's ever worse is that the managers aren't even helpful or willing to do work for the customers. It should NOT take 6 weeks to sort out a banking matter - WHEN IT WAS AN ERROR CAUSED BY THE BANK ITSELF AND A MISTAKE MADE BY THIS BRANCH THAT STOLE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT!
