Emailed directly to confirm appointment and purpose of our appointment, yet when we arrived no one seemed to know we were coming. Zero lack of preparation on the part of the financial advisor. She is new to her role so manager sits it, which was requested by us, and confirmed by advisor ahead of the appointment- yet he had to leave twice during the appointment. Wasted our time and did not complete the purpose of the appointment . This could have been avoided if the financial advisor had been prepared for the appointment .
Local branch for 12 years. Done business many times here
Nothing better than Pine River Cheese! Been eating it for over 50 years!
Alyssa was so nice and helped me at this branch while no other TD branch could! If you're a TD customer in KW, choose to only do business here.
