I had an absolutely awful experience with Michelle at TD Weber Waterloo. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional during my interaction. Instead of being helpful or trying to resolve my issue, she seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. I left the branch feeling frustrated and disrespected. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've had. I expected much better from a reputable bank like TD. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
I have mixed reviews when dealing with this branch. Initially switched my mortgage over from a credit union to TD. Dealing with Kim was great, she was quick at answering our questions and provided good customer service. She then got promoted which is great but left us in limbo on who to deal with. We then started to deal with the store manager John, he was great at first and valued us as customers. I had some questions about our payments and dates of withdrawal. Horrible
The new bank machine on the outside of the building is the only one to access after hours- it seems to be "temporarily out of use" very often.
Submitted a two page document (as instructed by an advisor) to close a registered account and webbroker access and the document was lost in TD’s internal mail. Account is still open a month later, fees being charged. 5 emails and one month later, after including photos of that document multiple times, still nothing happened.
