In general, TD banks can’t seem to get on the same page when it comes to their policies. As far as this branch is concerned, I was told their policy changed last month regarding cash deposits. This is false as I deposited cash within the last month at this branch. TD has become such an incompetent bank.
Bank employees are always polite and eager to help . This is the only TD BANK that I go to. I have been utilizing the banking services at this location &branch since approximately December 20 20… Initially I went to the university east branch on the corner of University ave and WEBER Street because it’s much closer for me until I receive such extra superior service and excellent customer service at said TD branch 🙏
I had an absolutely awful experience with Michelle at TD Weber Waterloo. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional during my interaction. Instead of being helpful or trying to resolve my issue, she seemed completely uninterested in assisting me. I left the branch feeling frustrated and disrespected. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've had. I expected much better from a reputable bank like TD. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
I have mixed reviews when dealing with this branch. Initially switched my mortgage over from a credit union to TD. Dealing with Kim was great, she was quick at answering our questions and provided good customer service. She then got promoted which is great but left us in limbo on who to deal with. We then started to deal with the store manager John, he was great at first and valued us as customers. I had some questions about our payments and dates of withdrawal.
