The staff is very nice! Management needs more experience as a manager. There is no reason for 4 customer service tills open and only one girl running around.

What's the point of booking an appointment if you guys are calling a day before the appointment to cancel or reschedule it ? I've booked an appointment for a particular date as I'm only available on that day. Zero star is not an option I've to give one star.
