This is not the same branch that I dealt with years ago, only the location. TD is very different now. It seems the people working here don't want to deal directly with head office if you have a question. They are also unwilling to reverse an overdraft charge for an honest mistake that was quickly corrected, unlike what they did years ago.
Banking machine do not accept my card and a t the window cashier sad they accept only TD cards. ATM in this branch didn't work like the ather ATM work but managers preference was nice conversation than taking care of ATM machine
I had a phone call appointment with Radhika Sharma on April 9 at 7pm WAITED 45 MINUTES. Nobody care to call or inform me about canceled appointments. I tried call 800 number. Very hard to get through. NOBODY CARES.
Pragyan Malhotra was very helpful and used gender neutral pronouns for me, as well as being very sensitive about my deadname without being prompted. Thank you for being queer friendly!! I am a transgender person and it really does mean the world - even the little things. Give Pragyan a raise!!!!
Close at 5:00 but Google says it’s closing at 6:00 !
