Great location for banking
I had an appointment with one of the TD Bank Bellville Front Street branch personnel.i went in I came out in 5 minutes, she did not introduce herself she did not ask for my name. I asked my questions anyway and I received two short verbal NO answers and the third one she did not even bother to verbalize it, moving her head from left to right and right to left. Atm is good working even one is out door but vank itslef is very slow every time I got to bank Inside takes 30 mins or more just in lineup that's not fair for customers with one branch only....
Excellent care from Hemal Harsh Chanda, resolving a difficult issue with credit cards. She telephoned number for credit card and spoke with a person on the phone and everything was resolved beautifully. I shall be changing my banking services to this branch. Thank you for straightening everything out in a very professional way.
So I walk down to this (my branch) with a copy of my wife’s death certificate to process. I politely ask a “customer service rep” sitting in an office, she was NOT doing anything.
