Absolutely disgusted with the service I received. Been with the TD close or more than 10 yrs never even applied for a loan. Went in to get my first mortgage and Christine made it the worst experience ever. She never made the effort to help me, come up with solutions to help me, never showed any emotion other than she always seemed like I was bothering her. After doing everything she told me I needed to do to make the mortgage happen I was denied. This woman is in the wrong job.
Complete joke to.tellers working 22 people in line and the manager is walking around with a big smile and not helping.
Got there at 6:00 on the dot, went to use an atm inside and the blonde lady yelled at me "we're closed at six" as someone else is in there using the atm. When I asked If I could just use the atm quick she just yelled bell Boulevard and walked away. This place has seriously gone down hill. I've been banking here since I was 14, over half my life, and had never been treated like that before. If that kind of attitude is going to be the normal I'll end up switching banks.
Over 6 people waiting to be helped, 10 employees "pretending" to do something other than jumping on the line and helping actual bankers. 1 employee asking the one teller if she needs help, she says no! 5 Employees helping ONE teller! And we're supposed to trust these people with our money? Bank fees continue to go up yet the service is HORRIBLE!!!
Horrible experience, wasting time needing to reschedule because twice because of incompetent worker. Would not recommend
