Longest lines with only 1 or 2 tellers...tons of staff just standing around...zero urgency to address long lineups
Since they closed the downtiwn location ,rhia is the only branch in Belleville and now there is only one branch in Bellebille and it is a torture to bank with them...wasre of time.i guess time to leave rd...
So i went to deposit some cheques, there were 3 tellers open and 3 people ahead of me when i arrived. 1 teller closed to meet someone? Not really sure so we're down to 2 tellers. I waited 30 minutes before i had to leave and there was still one person ahead of me. No one seemed to realize or they didnt care, that there was a line up to the door. Its absolutly disgusting they way this branch runs and long story short I have an appt to open a new acct at a different bank. I wouldnt recommend this bank to someone I hated.
