The usual abysmal experience you’d expect at a big Canadian bank. 1 guy working (the manager), proceeds to take a customer call for 15 minutes while customers waited in line with no one serving them. If only I could bill the bank for my wasted time…

-Absolutely Disappointed with TD Bank- Today, the drive-through ATM took a $100 bill and completely crashed, displaying an “unknown error” on the screen. That $100 wasn’t even ours; it belonged to our boss and was earmarked for a specific purchase. What followed was absolutely unacceptable. We went inside, waited an unreasonably long time, and were told there was nothing they could do to help us. They couldn’t reboot the machine, couldn’t provide us with the $100 and resolve the issue later, nor offer any real solution beyon... read more
