I had a great experience opening an account in person at TD Bank with Kanwal Zeb and Daniel. They were incredibly helpful—patiently explaining all the details and walking me through the differences between account options. I truly appreciated their professionalism and clarity. O M G. Found out the hard way that this branch shuts down access to their ATMs outside of business hours. This TOTALLY misses the point of having AUTOMATED tellers. As a result, their clients are screwed out of access to our money after hours. This left me in a very bad situation recently. They sent zero notification about this. TD has become a garbage bank with absolutely zero regard for their customer experience.
Rude and unknowledgeable staff who are more interested in telling you about their problems than solving the issues.
