I arrived one minute in advance before my appointment at 10am. The person at the counter told me to take a seat and wait. And wait I had to about 10 minutes before the agent with whom I had the appointment came to meet me. He apologized saying he had issue starting up his laptop. His manner was absolutely correct and it could have appeared professional in spite of his lateness, but for the fact that I had noticed his unreadiness for the appointment.
