I went into this branch yesterday to get pesos for an upcoming trip to Mexico. There were 2 young women CSRs who were slow slow slow and had to knock on office doors occasionally to get help from someone more experienced. Because of the slow service, the very loud music being piped in overhead got particularly annoying. Got a call that my pesos were ready today and had to stand in line all over again while the bank manager gossiped with another worker in her office. Beware, no access to ATM machine when bank is closed! Kind of defeats the purpose of an ATM machine. Alas.
ATMs unavailable after business hours, but staff was really nice.
