I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received today at this TD branch. I waited patiently for over 25 minutes, just to submit my 2 IDs after opening an account online. When my turn finally came, the lady who was helping others kindly and patiently suddenly said, “I don’t have time.” I felt disrespected and ignored. The rep on the counter switched my accounts im paying more monthly fees but my card is using the account with less transactions before being charged. For months I was paying 50-100$ more transaction fees without realizing I also had a ton of issues with reps not doing their job. I just wanted my pin changed it took 40 min in line to do that and a separate rep told me she did that but she didn't. I know td has bad service but here is exceptionally bad
