I’m changing my review. I got some amazing service from Jawan today.
Very unwelcoming service by Marsha today. I had a simple question which she answered after I insisted several times, but she kept pushing me to go to easy line. Discouraging enough for me to leave a review here
Went there to reopen my account, the reception was super friendly but absolutely useless because that forgot to put a note on my account and after a week the Account is still closed and now they’re asking me to visit the branch again. They best part is that they said they only accept payment by cash and since this is a freaking bank I trusted them and now I don’t have anything to show that I’ve paid the outstanding amount for the account to reopen 🤡
Sucks sucks sucks!!!! over 20 min wait on a Tuesday morning 9:30 am slow as a turtle ugh!
