This branch was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank. Very incompetently managed and a staff that all seemed to have no previous experience in working with people.
Really great experiences here. I especially love my financial planner Phanes, she knows what she's doing and is very helpful. I do wish there were more employees behind the counter so the wait times were shorter and sometimes the hours aren't accurate due to technical issues.
WORST BRANCH EVER! Been a client for 20+ years. They processed expired paperwork for my mortgage, my mortgage paperwork rejected with no notification (I called in to find out), I spent days taking time off of work to make sure they processed the new paperwork on time before I lost the sale. Brought in all the new paperwork, ID, and updated my address. They continued to mail all my documents to an old address for 4 years which made me miss all the variable mortgage interest increase updates which financially impacted me as my... read more
