Earlier this month I made an appointment with Shweta to print off a huge amount of bank statements and she was amazing. Today I had to go in and print off another astronomical amount and once again Shweta rose to the task and between her and Benjamin they patiently and professionally provided me with what I needed, even though it took quite some time. They were so professional and kind. Ten stars for these two employees if I could put them. Hands down one of the best banking experiences I have dealt with.
I booked an appointment before visiting bank branch Sadly i have to have for more than40 min for service as i have an appointment their. After 40 minutes of waiting they asked me to wait for more or we reschedule the meeting So what is the meaning of booking an appointment if you have to wait But u don’t get service Worst experience with this branch They just waste my time

Was just here today and was not very impressed with the way they treated me. It was like I was just a nuisance to them. Their attitude towards me was 0 zero. What kind of world are we living in today? One has to ask themselves. I am very polite and respectful. Why be rude?
Some dude that shouldn’t work at bank due to not being able to spell or talk fluently in English but some how does work at a bank reset my password for me and wrote it down on a piece of paper for me to take home but he couldn’t manage to spell it half clear enough to make out which is ridiculous and now I’m locked out and I gotta go back down town and do it all over again, people shouldn’t work at a counter if they do not know how to talk to the people or spell.
