I believe all the negative reviews are from people who gave attitude because they were in patient or trying to do something that isn't allowed. Best TD branch I've ever been to any the ONLY one I will continue to use. Thank you for being so great!
I had an appointment at this bank, with the advisor named Hiral H. I am beyond disappointed with the service he provided this associate was completely uninterested in assisting me with the specific account I needed to open. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service he was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly, rude. My request was outright turned down for no valid reason. This was a complete waste of my time.
