Absolutely brutal! This branch deserves a solid 0 rating. Common things that you should be able to do at the bank like deposit an endorsed cheque (with the person there who is endorsing it over and ID in hand) was declined because apparently the “amount was to big” I don’t understand what has happened with these banking policies but definitely unacceptable. Safe to say I’ve now moved all my accounts to another bank due to the lack of support I’ve received over the years from TD and specifically this branch.

I just had the best experience at TD in Alliston. This is my second excellent experience. I was assisted by Ashley and Sunny and they both went above and beyond to help me with my banking needs and special requests. Thanks for being so helpful, kind and providing excellent client care.

I have had a TD account for years, and I can tell you since moving and having this location be the closest. I have moved to Scotia Bank for my new business accounts and personal as well as my kids. They never have enough staff on the tellers and dealing with them I feel as if they enjoy causing aggravation to the customer. Banking should be easy and simple not a a dreaded task. As the population grows in this community I hope they can find qualified helpful staff to turn over this horrendous reputation.

I don’t bank with this location, But the experiences I hear about are atrocious. The way they treat young women is embarrassing. Specifically the Manager Michelle. Her attitude and condescending tone towards young women is the definition of disgusting. I think some definite customer service “training” as the corporate world calls it, should definitely be in her near future, unless you will have some very unhappy cliental. Just figured this suggestion might help your best practices.

I dealt with a teller named Daisy. She was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. She clearly hates her job and her life and was taking it out on other people. I did not appreciate being spoken to like this when I'm just trying to do a simple transaction at the bank. ZERO customer service skills. Not sure why anyone would hire someone like that and have them sit in the front line of the business to interact with people.
