Really lovely customer service. Had tellers working that could actually help even on a Saturday. I beleive the gentlman who helped me was Yuri...my apologies if wrong. I had been into a Scotia branch near my work in Port Co on the day before to open an account and though they had 4 workers onsite- no one could open an account and they referred me to open one online. I have an online bank and really wanted a brick and mortar location.

I don’t understand why, after talking to an officer and indicating I had questions about opening a new bank account; I am told to wait. I wait for about ten minutes and then a customer, in the teller line, is taken care of before me by the same officer who said she would take care of me when she was done with her customer. First time I’ve been disappointed by the wonderful people of this amazing country
