thank you for a good service. specially the young blonde Woman which says always On the right counter, She’s very helpful always friendly and smiles.
I don’t understand why, after talking to an officer and indicating I had questions about opening a new bank account; I am told to wait. I wait for about ten minutes and then a customer, in the teller line, is taken care of before me by the same officer who said she would take care of me when she was done with her customer. First time I’ve been disappointed by the wonderful people of this amazing country
Very disappointing experience. Staff made a transaction error and denied responsibility. Manager relied on an agreement disclosed only after the transaction was completed. Unacceptable service and communication.
Nice bank, cool service. Especially big thanks to Anfisa who was really helpful, competent and always cheerful. She really helped with my financial needs in my vacation and made every visit to the bank feel stressless
