TD Bank manager Kim she told me that the policy of TD Bank is got as long as I can prove who I am in person. I can get all the money out of my account but will not issue me a new bank card even though all the check marks the validation have been met except for the valid picture ID. Does this make any sense? I can get all the money out of my account if I wanted it but I can't get a new card even though I'm validated by the manager herself and also by phone PIN code sent to my phone.????? Opened up a bank account with TD and been with them for years . Having recent issues with my debit card and not allowing me to purchase anything as it was on “deposit only” for no reason and they had no clue what to do but just informed me to call the help line on the app…. What’s the point of having a branch if they just instruct you to do that . The call line couldn’t even sort it out after 55 minutes on hold . Absolute incredible how a bank can just keep your own money hostage due to their internal issues. I’ll be exiting... read more
