Just wanted to let you know there’s a big rock by your glass door. Not sure if someone intends on smashing but it sure is big enough. Taken a couple mins ago. I am not a regular client but wanted to inform you.
Terrible experience. Not enough staff and slow.
Had a very pleasant experience with Arham, super chill guy, very helpful. We communicated very well. He did address the problem and even provided additional help.
The staff named jason was rude and inconsiderate, not recommended for coming back to this branch.
No sense of urgency from the staff (or the manager of customer service) at the walk up teller counter. Waiting in line for upwards of 20 minutes isn’t an acceptable service level.
