Unfortunately the knowledge level of their advisor was quite weak. I came looking to get the Aeroplan infinite privilege credit card and move all our banking over, and set up kids accounts. Minor hiccups to start, no washroom available and my kids had to go. I asked the advisor and he told me that I’d have to go to Starbucks across the way. No big deal (we were 5 minutes early).
