Terrible experience. Not enough staff and slow.
Had a very pleasant experience with Arham, super chill guy, very helpful. We communicated very well. He did address the problem and even provided additional help.
The staff named jason was rude and inconsiderate, not recommended for coming back to this branch.
No sense of urgency from the staff (or the manager of customer service) at the walk up teller counter. Waiting in line for upwards of 20 minutes isn’t an acceptable service level.
Unfortunately the ATM machines are only accessible during bank hours, which is different from other locations! Very inconvenient for users especially the ones that can only withdraw money when they’re off work!
