I visited this branch to deposit some cash with a teller. There was no line, and one teller was at the counter. Since he didn’t acknowledge me, I politely asked if he was available, and he replied “no” in an unfriendly manner. A few minutes later, he said he was available. When I approached, there was no greeting or acknowledgment. Big Canadian Chartered Bank.
Went to ask about mortgage rates. Consultant told us to roll all our debts (car loan etc) into the mortgage as well. Then when we wanted to come back with my dad he said not to “tell anyone else because old people are wary of debt”. Who are these clowns and why are they giving financial advice?

I visited this TD Bank on Wednesday morning with a friend to deposit some cash. The bank teller who assisted us was very friendly and professional. The one star is for the manager. His polo shirt was unbuttoned two buttons down, exposing his chest hair. I’m not sure why he think this is appropriate while working, specifically working in a bank.
