Jon Wong was incredible at assisting with my mortgage transfer from Ontario to BC. He made things simple and provided a clear path forward. I highly recommend Jon Wong.
I usually have good experiences at this location, but today’s visit was disappointing. The teller who assisted me, a male with longer hair, was curt and unfriendly. I value this bank for its customer service, so I hope management addresses this and move him to the back office. This individual should not be in a customer facing job.
This is the worst TD location in the lower mainland. Maybe all of BC. JESSICA HONG and MATTHEW TANG were terrible to deal with and had zero customer service skills. Jessica was rude and Matthew was clueless. TD should train their staff better because Jessica and Matthew were dismissive and seemed to not know what was going on and what they were doing. AVOID THIS BRANCH.
My experience was very good, but Jessie Hong's help was even more useful. She was very kind and took the time to explain the different ways to choose the right account based on my profile. If you want truly great customer service, make an appointment with her; she's the best.😃
Been TD bank commercial customer for more than 20 years. This branch service is so bad, absolutely disgrace and unacceptable.
